F3 quickbar bugged! need help plz !!!

To NGD,

Ever since the valentines' day event update, my F3 quickbar became bugged. There is no slot on F3 for me to place spells except the first slot. What might have caused this? How come nobody else has this problem?

I have used 3 different computer to try this. Exactly the same thing on my warlock. But all the other classes in the same account is fine. All except warlock.

Please help me NGD!!! I can't play with a whole bar missing!!!
