"Useless" Hit Chance spells
Hey guys,
Some of who know me, I'm a "fan" of useless spells. But I'm hard-headed and try'em out. This is going to be about Hit Chance. Hit Chance is useful! Everyone agrees. But many deny -Hit Chance is useful as a debuff. Now, I'm specificating on Archers. Other classes, feel free to post yours if you wish. So archers have:
They're all useless right? Ok, maybe you consider Hinder as a viable spell. I agree so. But really, many skill Hinder for the -Movement. Ok, now there are two buffs which can be devastating with the following debuffs and buffs:
Now I didn't test Grounding Arrow, as it's Dexterity doesn't decrease a lot of Hit Chance and considered as % maluses far more powerful. I've uploaded them under here, so first attachments: Evasive Tactics(5) + Rapid Shot + Finger Crush(5) + Finesse(5) [This one was mostly for teh lulz, but if anyone want to be a bitch for 30s, feel free ] Second Attachment: Finesse(3) + Evasive Tactics(5) + Rapid Shot Third Attachment: Finesse(4) + Evasive Tactics(5) + Rapid Shot + Finger Crush(1) Fourth Attachment: Finesse(4) + Evasive Tactics(5) + Rapid Shot Fifth Attachment: Hinder(3) + Evasive Tactics(5) + Finesse(4)
