1 - Really avoid using websites to generate md5 hashes. No one knows if they aren't storing the plain text and the corresponding hashes in order to feed md5 "decryptors" databases.
Use local system tools instead (Linux: $ echo "yourpass" | md5sum ). 2 - You forgot something. The current/execution directory must be set on ".../live/" for Unixes, or "...\LiveServer\" for Windows else it won't work. 3 - On Linux (and I believe OSX too), it's the same procedure. Just the binary is "game" and the folder is "live/". 4 - If you get "server is not available" it means your accountname or pass are incorrect. 5 - If nothing appears, you haven't set the current directory to live/ or LiveServer\
