Server ping / disconnects

Hello,

The whole day today and yesterday i have been having troubles logging in, right after the character screen the load bar hardly moves at all and i get disconnected from the server shortly after.

When i do manage to log in my inet ping is always as normal, 80-150 whilst the server ping is very very unstable, today it would reach 10k-45k. All other games i´ve tried work fine, my internet connection is fine and fast, the only issue i have is Regnum with its constant 45k + server ping and disconnects ....

Right now i am in Lisbon, Portugal if that helps with any suggestions on what i can do.
