I've not read this entire thread, so apologies if some has mentioned it and you've already responded!

Please God, Adrian, NGD, anyone who has the capacity, have some form of organised NGD feedback on problems/bugs/suggestions. The suggestions forum is currently a couple of dozen people saying what they think NGD should do, but agreeing that NGD wont ever do anything they suggest.

A simple timeline of what will be fixed/introduced when would be awesome. The accountability might also force NGD to stick to the timeline as well.

Clear and specific questions from NGD to the forum community about what we want fixed/introduced and how we want this to happen would also be a major plus. This would probably reduce the rate of exodus massively.

This thread is basically what I'm asking you to do, just more widely. Until this thread I thought there was no hope for NGD, please keep up this style of work Adrian! Kudos!
