E-mail changed from .com to .net. Cant update e-mail because it no longer exists.

So i have mail at delorean.net. It was originally .com when i signed up. Now that the game requires a security key to login, i cannot get that key because my e-mail address doesn't work in my account. I cannot update my e-mail in my account because it sends a request to my .com e-mail. How can i get my e-mail updated? I dont want to lose my characters.

I have sent a e-mail regarding this issue, but it has been a few weeks now, and i have not gotten a reply. Please help!
