I looked at the images they showed and Syrtis showed a pretty place with green trees, grass, beaches with pretty oceans, forest creatures, and other pretty stuff. Alsius was full of snow and looked all cold and dreary. It didnt look inviting or even pleasant. I didnt go to Ignis because it looks evil and evil is bad.

I am a Syrtis player from the start but I did get the chance to play in Alsius for 3 weeks before there was a server merger a few years ago. Sadly I have to say if that is the reason you chose Syrtis you chose wrongly. Yes about half of Alsius's inner realm is covered in snow but the other half is more forest like. By far Alsius is the best looking realm, of course the downside is all those dwarves

Now you are completely correct about Ignis, they are very evil. I swear they make you sign your soul away to join.
