Tenel_Ka Initiate Join Date: Mar 2009 Location: Australia/USA Posts: 176	War Confidence and WMC Scroll War Confidence doubles the WMC received from kills from 33 to 66. Would a 3x booster make this 198? Or does it just affect the base rate? EDIT: Nevermind. With a 3x booster and War confidence you get 33 + 99. Disappointing...
