Noobs != Novices or newbies.

A noob is someone who has been on the game long enough to be considerer a regular or normal player, but whose skills and attitude lack of "professionalism"... That means, those players who think they're pros because they have played for a long time, but behave like cowards, have a bad attitude and so on.

In the other had we have novices, which are those players who have just started playing and hence don't know too much about the game & gameplay.
