Jovae Pledge Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 7	lvling up skills When can you lvl up your skills past lvl 2? My character is now lvl 24 and since I became lvl 8 I have been unable to lvl up any skill past 2. It always says that I am not a high enough lvl. Is this a problem or am I really not a high enough lvl? And if I am not a high enough lvl, at what lvl can I?
