If all this truly happened because of the multirealmers several logical assumptions can be made, as "people enjoy the winner's hype more than fighting as part of a realm", "the social bonds formed in the game are not strong enough anymore" and "hispanic people still remember how to have fun"! I'm not saying all of this is true, just that saying "its all the multi's fault" is more than a direct accusation towards a group of people who ruined our fun.

It is a process. It happens not all the sudden but bit by bit. In Ra it has started to happen the same thing now.
The first server was Ra and being from Argentina lots and lots of Argentinians and other Spanish speaking countries (and even from others that weren't Spanish speaking) started to play there. Being a success NGD started another servers (like Horus -called Haven now- for English speaking players).
So from the start RA was more populated and therefore the realm hopping was not so obvious. But as time passes by, more and more players have started other chars in other realms so at certain periods -like invasions- you can notice a growing unbalance population.
This explains why Ra hasn't being affected yet by the multirealming. But if nothing changes it will ruin that server too.
I understand that many ppl want to be on the winner side but what they dont realize is that if everybody does the same, there will be no enemies to play against and therefore they will get bore to death and leave the game too.
It is a problem that must be solved by NGD because many players will go on doing the same thing as long as they can.
