Problema de conexión con el servidor

Hace meses que tengo el mismo problema, cuando estoy en guerra y hay ams de 30 o 40 personas Server ping y Gameplay ping empiezan a subir y a subir sin tener un limite, pueden llegar a 1.000.000 si me quedo el tiempo suficiente hasta que suba... y cuando me alejo del fuerte y de esas 30 o 40 personas el Server ping y Gameplay ping empiezan a bajar en picada, necesito una solucion a esto... Llame a mi internet y me optimizaron la conexion al ip del Servidor RA 104.196.13.153 Tambien hice un traceroute como lo explico Rusty James en ese post https://www.championsofregnum.com/fo...d.php?t=104643 . Les dejo mi traceroute

Necesito una solucion definitiva a esto. Gracias
