German Community CM

Hello everyone,

Soon we will be starting to manage the German-speaking community ourselves and we're looking for people to help us with that important task.

If you're looking for a part-time remote job and you comply with the following requirements, this is your chance:

- Fluent both in German and English with perfect writing and reading skills
- Interested in games and their communities
- Eager to learn and interact with people

Your responsibilities will be:
- Be in constant contact with a broad community of users, inside and outside the game, replying their questions and mediate in situations that need official presence
- Reply to support tickets and mails
- Translate or create texts either for the game content or for communication channels
- Coordinate events inside the game or assist those that will coordinate them

Can be a bonus:
- Reading and/or writing in Spanish
- Experience with social media
