Any idea how to fix this?

I don't know if I should send a ticket for this, so I'm asking players here, maybe you guys have an answer already.
I log in, as usual, and click "PLAY". After waiting for 10-15 seconds, this error pops up. I tried choosing Ra instead of Haven, and it allows me to play in Ra just normally, no black screen, nothing. Any idea?
