ok the idea of this thread is a summary with common problems which arises when you're playing, so that we won't have countless threads with the same problem. Please put it in your sig or make it a sticky .
Q: the world disappeared, if I walk over the edge I'll be in nowhere, heeelp
A: check the upper right corner to see if it's downloading anything, if it is but the download timer isn't changing or the download notifier isn't there press alt+enter to make the program windowed, then press the close button or alt+ctrl+delete to open the task manager and close down the game from there. When you log back in you will be able to see the world again

Q: I downloaded and installed regnum successfully then i started the program, entered username and password and this screen pops up saying downloading regnumonline.exe the thing is iI've been downloading this regnumonline,exe over and over again for 30 mins now. When the downloading is done, the screen disappears and then here it is again downloading the same .exe. is this normal? or what is wrong with this?

A: check the task manager(ctrl+alt+delete) and kill all regnumonline processes, then open regnum again

Q: I get a black screen when I press enter game world, it haven't done this before

A: This bug comes when something in the liveserver folder is corrupt, if you find the install file on your computer and you are looking at it right now, Uninstall regnum and reinstall it, if you do not uninstall it'll still give you a black screen. If you can't find it just delete the "LiveServer" folder

Q: It says can't connect to autopatch server when I log in with my username and password

check your firewall to see if regnum is being blocked, also check the tcp ports 48000, 48001, 47300 and 80 and the udp port 9660. if it isn't blocked by the firewall try to ping 212.214.41.25
to ping it do this
press windowsbutton+r
type "cmd" press enter
type "ping 212.214.41.25" and press enter
If it says the packages failed the server might be down unless it blocks cmd too ;D. If they don't it's probably your computer or network. try to check if the ip or port is blocked by the router(if you manage it at your home you can do it, if not ask the one who does.)

Q: the game seems to have stuck downloading, hte download bar is there but it doesn't go further than 72% and it says 34kb/s in the download speed

A: just press alt+enter and your client will get itself going again.

Q: I am having trouble installing the game on Windows Vista

I don't think regnum was built for vista, so what you have to do is change some compatibility options and also install it in another folder than the program files folder (example: C:\games\regnum online) after this make a shortcut to the rolauncher and set it to run as windows xp under the compatibility tab in properties, also check the box "run as an administrator"
