Blue Screen appears

Every Time I want play the game crashed. It load the enviroment and I can play for 6sec but after this 6sec a blue screen appear and the computer restart.

I am whondering because It loads the enviroment and I can play 6sec before it crash. I think it maybe is a problem with my graphic card. (But I don't know).
The newest Driver is installed.

The Game detect my graphic card as : NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT (-> 256 Mb)
And this is correct.
I tested the Game with OpenGL and Direct3D. (my actual Direct X is 9c )

Here are some other Information about my system:
AMD Athlon64 X2 3800+
1024 MB RAM
Windows XP SP2 (with all Updates)
nforce4 Chip on Motherboard

I hope anybody can help me ...
