I know that is true with evasive tactics, but right now i have a low level so the " - "chance is small, and i have a few points in the passive accuracy bonus to go along with a 99 dex. My hit chance is still pretty high with low lvl evasive tactics cast.

I'm taking you off ignore because you say you have no personal problems with me. I have none with you either. I just don't agree with you about much that's Regnum related. lol
