Disconnect

I have problem these days with connection.
I got disconnected every 1 minute from server. Upload works, but download is 0.
Anyone can help about this? It s really annoying and I have to be today in game, we have important celebration

I m using Kubuntu and Asus ati radeon 9250 GE
Regnum and all other worked normally before and after system upgrade to 8.04
