Please lose the Fatigue system@!@!

I have got 4 new players to to join the game this week and and there ready to quit..
at low level no one wants to go off to war. They just want to level there Character as much as they can .
I know high level players that also want to quit because of it . I don't think its a good idea to fatigue a player for putting his time in by leveling .
you can't really war at low lvl and who wants to run from one side of map to the other just to wait to tell fatigue to cool down ..
Not a good idea , Because people at low lvl will just log off and play another game .
I feel this fatigue system will lose players , and money
you need to get rid of it..
