weird graphical error

hey guys. i'm yet to play regnum online =[ i have it installed but when i play i can't see any of the writing, i see lots of skins and other general weird stuff =[

i've uploaded a series of screenshots of what i see. if anyone has seen this type of error before, let me know how i can resolve it =((((
