Problem With Ilreah Village

After a quick search, I didn't find anything on this, so...

Simply put, Ilreah... just isn't there. I see a big pit where it should be, and all the NPCs are just standing around in mid-air. If I try to get anywhere near them for the quest I'm doing, I fall into that big pit, and have to click the dreaded "Die" button to get out.

The baffling thing is, I see other players running in and out of the place like it's there on their game. Has this happened to anyone else, or does the game just not like me for some reason...?
