Missing quest

Hi, i am a mage in Nasraah Tej, i have to go and talk with Arhal, he gives me a quest to go to the mage trainer Tabagat. Now when i go and talk with him he doesn't say anything HE IS TOTALY BLANK and gives me some quest "Arrieve at Tankabon's Domains", sicne he doesn't tell me anything i have no clue what i am supposed to do or where to go. I think this might be a result of me first going to Tabagat and level some skills and then going to Arhal and getting the quest from him to go to Tabagat.
