Spell focus.

have a warlock, and I am trying to figure out how much spell focus helps.

also, I am more concerned about my spells hitting the target then doing max damage, so in this case, what rings would I wear? I am thinking that 2 spell focus +4 rings would be the best. (other combos are +3 int +4 spell focus; + 4 spell + 2 conc; + 3 int +2 conc)

any suggestions ?
