Server is very Unstable : Please Answer NGD STUDIOS

recently ever sense the new update the server is always crashing, its very unstable and not to speak that the server crashes contantly..

why does the server crashes? is the server unstable?

why does it download resources even in area you already visited after the updates?

why does altaruk city laggs alot?

why cant we do some quest?

can you tell us if this is the last beta?
