Read: Lagg issue

There is a small lagg issue the ping has been quite bad since the server went down for 15 minutes we come back and its terrible it is nearly impossible to hunt in this with out dieing and it takes like 20 seconds to cast a spell. Is there any way to find out when the server will be optomized for maximun speed or if you will revert back to the original settings before that little update.
