Sorry, but my timeline would be more like:
FIX lag
FIX leak (esp. memory)
FIX forts & castles (doors, more tactical options)
ENHANCE mobs (AI in fight as well as not that stationary behavior in cities)
FIX not yet functionally spells (multiple thrust, ...)
FIX overall gameplay
Invent Invasion after that.
