Experience problem, Warlock level 30 in Alsius

I am a Warlock in Alsius at level 30
I have finish all the quest for my level, and I have 550157 xp. For the next level I need 588125 xp and every enemy is about 150 xp (challenging): it means 250 kills !
What's wrong ?
I am sure about quest

but 2 quest are missing (lvl 29):
Fesch Telltale and Thilde Tempest in Gokstaad Port

What's the problem ? I am really supposed to kill 250 enemy ?
