The forum regulations indicate that a thread that may be repeated can be closed or deleted. Sometimes it's better to move it. Also, they state that a thread with little argument may be deleted too (even if we all know the argument it has to be stated).

Some time ago I said that soon everyone will have a way to know why posts or threads become deleted (I'm finishing the coding).
