misbehaviour ingame

Hi, I have a question. Yesterday a player called ma a nazi (think he noticed that I spoke german - so this was racism) and gay because I didn't want to give him money. Never saw him before.
At this moment I justed talked with a new player, and I think it's a pity that anyone gets such a bad impression of the community.
I made screenshots, and I didn't react to this affront in any way (so he can't say it was a dispute and I insulted him as well). Is there a way to report such behaviour?
