Because everyone expects that conjurers are, in a way, "fully" support-conjurers (giving heals, dispels and buffs) there are not a lot of PvP-setup conjurers, so I cannot say if a certain setup would allow conjurers to win any 1on1s or not.

I'm pretty convinced support conjuror can win PvP, I saw Zordak defeating a level 49 knight. It was pretty fun to watch. However I do agree conjuror are a bit of a special class because most support conju just skill with few defenses (mind push, beetle, and sorcery) and then spend all their points into support spells.
