Conjurer creation

I'm building a Conjurer Mage (Ignis) and I'd like you to help me to build my char.

I'm planning to be a good in crowd fights, mostly supportive, but able to attack.
Since there are only 1546 points to be redistributed in disciplines (and 2688 points are needed to max all skils), can someone plz advise me which skill trees should i max to lvl 19 (and also which skills should I max to lvl5)?
