Regnum won't work

Hi, I'm new and I'm using ubuntu, linux. I installed it using the download labled "Direct download (32 bits) Download the Linux installer (32 bits)." and when I try to run the file it tells me Could not display( the file name of where it is) and then underneath that in smaller print "There is no application installed for this file type" should I install the other download? or just reinstall teh whole thing?
