Lethal Strike

TBH I'm really not sure whether Recharged does or does not affect Lethal Strike's damage. In my own experience I've tested lethal with and without Recharged, and my results lead me to believe that it does affect it. I totally accept that possibly it was just luck, through the shots i made with Recharged.

EDIT: Through further testing, I agree that Recharged does not affect Lethal Strike.
