redistribute initial attributes
erm does this let u change the 5 points u get at the begining, or with goats they took the 5 points of constitution and are letting us choose. im confused
 will this mean that if i put 5 points into intellegence i would in fact have 10 points in intellegence because i chose 5 points there when i started regnum?
