error code!

This is my first experience with Regnum, none too pleased so far... I installed, created an account and tried to log on numerous times... but every time I tried I received this error code: [err][ui_elements][error_code_]

How can I fix this is issue?

By the way I'm running Regnum in Vista Home Basic 32-bit with 1.5 gigs of ram and a 3 gig processor (Intel Pentium 4), my video card is an NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS and I have allowed Regnum as an exception in Windows Firewall...
