About the new Dutch server

At www.regnumonline.nl I read (in English!!) that there's a new server launched, Tyr, special for Dutch people. Do I need to register at UnitedGames.nl to have it in my server list? Because I can't see it now.

[edit] I registered a second account to see if I would get the key for free xymerin, which I didn't. Good, so that works

When logging in Regnum with my newly created account I see Tyr in the world list where Horus used to be. Can't I get access to both servers with one account? Also, the game seems a bit slow when logging on in the initiation area.

edit2: Very important, in game nothing is translated into Dutch yet. I think this is a very important issue, because it's advertised in Dutch, so maybe a lot of new players won't speak English.

Update: the high gameplay ping causing the game to be slow only exists in the dock, when you're off it, the ping goes back to green.
