Hardly. Back-pedalling and direction change is too high for that to happen, moreover our immobilize skills allow our enemy to change direction (now at an increased speed).
Will be more of the same with one difference, the degrees of freedom of our targets has increased movement wise, we'll no longer be able to predict accurately other's direction of movement.
NGD forgot one basic thing, this movement works well on games where enemies are solid, the action is centred on PvE, skills have cones of influence, auras have 360º radius and bigger area of influence, etc., etc., etc....
