Note that due to the reduction in Sanctuary duration, you can only be revived if you are within the following range per level of Sanctuary:

Level 1 - 11 meters
Level 2 - 16.5 meters
Level 3 - 22 meters
Level 4 - 30.25
Level 5 - 38.5

This is assuming there is no lag, obstructions and that the Conjurer gets to click you accurately. These values are also the edge of safety for the reviving Conjurer. The actual range in combat may be a lot less.
