Can't connect

My girlfriend and I just installed the game, and she can't connect for some reason. I get in just fine, game runs great. But when she logs in she gets a message that she can't connect to server.
Everything seems fine with her firewall, it's not a user id/password thing because she does log in. She logged in fine the first time, started a char and everything but could not get into the game it's self.
Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
