Installation Error HELP!!

Whenever I download the game, that works fine, then it goes to installing. I get an error EVERY time I try to install the game, I get an error saying

Error opening file for writing:
C:\Program Files\NGD Studios\Regnum Online\RegnumOnline.exe
Hit abort to abort installation,
retry to retry writing the file, or
ignore to skip this file

I have tried ALL these options and nothing works someone please help me.
