Commerce in Regnum Online

Hi,

finally I managed to get the time to upload the translation made by Herpam and Yiyo of an old guide about commerce.

This is a lengthy article, so I'm sure there are lots of errors no matter how much we tried to avoid them, please report them.

Also, the pictures are from the original article, if anyone wants to "duplicate" them (in meaning), please do, I'll published them ASAP.
