Wattabout horus?

Hi,
It's been told the Dutch server Tyr will emerge with Horus soon...

So I wondered... could you please give us some detail about how things are going on in Horus?
I mean things like fort wars, gathering for an attack, co-operation (between clans?) etc..
I understand there are some large balance-issues atm and way too much zerging. How bad is it, and what can we do against it?
