I've tested alot of these already but pretty hard to conclude them. I was wondering...

1. Does Concentration effect Staff Mastery (Normals/Crits) and how...
2. Does Intelligence effect Spells (Meteor, Fireball etc.) and how...
3. Does Hit Chance effect Staff Mastery (Normals/Crits) ...

Would be of great help if someone knew the answers to these.
Please, don't reply if you are unsure, I've gotten enough "I think..." from people.

Answering one or two out of the three questions would also be appreciated.
