English help in Syrtis

Look, I'm sick of the lack of english assistance in Syrtis for noobs. If we are going to build a reasonable community of english speaking folks in this realm, then we have to start helping these people quest and level. Sure, the US is in second place on the subscription list, but how many of these people dump before even getting to Fisgael?
