There will always be ignorants and hard-core "fans" who cheer on and agree with almost every single decision an individual, company or the Government, makes.
Such people are simply unable to accept any sort of criticism, or even legit concerns that the public makes, using connotations such as 'troll' and 'throw out the window' to discourage the masses from reading and understanding the criticism and/or concern(s) at hand.
In this case, Vythica is trying to point out that some 'moderator' who doesn't understand the surroundings (and doesn't even bother understanding) acted prematurely (and childish, like all the random IRC kicks) on a minor matter which probably didn't need any 'moderation' at all.
Poor decision making is the key issue, here. Individuals who just "go with the flow" because they're socially incapable of making the right decisions, the right choices for *ALL* the people involved. Or perhaps they are capable, but chooses to ride solely on popularity and fame in a fictitious fishbowl environment.
'Nuff said.
There may be howlers trying to nibble at my heels because of this post, but meh, I don't care. I'm rather not fond of people who can't think rationally on simple issues, like this one.
