Let me begin by saying that I fought against this. I tried to be a good soldier about this, but I just can't do it anymore.

More and more, it is getting difficult to log on, and when I finally have the time to do so, there is just no joy in it anymore.

For me, one of the biggest problems is the Xim horses; or, more accurately, my current inability to get one. Running all the way to Whichever Fort, arriving just in time to be too late to do anything other than die, has made my characters more or less ineffective.

But mostly, my reason is that most of the people I used to play with have left for bigger and better things, and I feel like I am just going through the motions.

I have some great memories of this game, and it feels like I am cheapening those memories by hanging around.

I would, at this point, like to thank some people that really made my first MMORPG experience a good one;

Vythica (although it took him over 5 months to get me to try RO, there would have been no lvl 50 Wyatt Earp without him, or anyone else listed here)
