so you just have to believe me that this happens very often, but i must admit that it's getting better when you lvl up. around lvl 15 i got kicked from 5 teams out of 10. now i'm lvl 39 and it doesn't happen anymore. but i brought many people to this game and they still report that sort of behaviour (once or twice per day wich is much...) and there are threads in german forums where people say that they quit the game because of this. also other posts in this thread report this.
