New character models changing our look?

Some people have complained that the new models have changed their characters look. (added beards or colors)

NGD will you give everyone a 1 scroll to change appearance per character to keep the peace?

I know that the face I chose is the face I had for years and the face i wanted...
If my characters face looks different.. I want free cosmetic surgery to design it to my liking.

This request is reasonable....
