no u can enter it any time u dont have to wait till a realm captures ur fort n the door is never open u just go in when ever u want to n none of the other realms can come in but the can always be around it but comin inside of ur realm dont think u can do that now the guards will attack u n u have to speack to a person to get in, so if another realm speacks to that person it wont be talkinin ull be hittin that person if ur from another realm n that would force the guards to attack u.

ngd is currently working on that.. so maybe in the future it will be inplemented into the game.

I'm not at all certain this would be a good idea at all... The idea of a safe zone for you to level in an get used to the game to lvl 30 or so is a major distinguishing feature of Regnum and the ability to invade that would cause many gameplay problems.

The survivability of a lvl 30 character against a lvl 40+ one is terribly low, how much more so when you factor in lack of warzone experience or pvp experience and an mean level nearer 15-25.

As it stands there is a cross-over period, you can still level in safety inside the realm wall up to around 34ish but are encouraged in to the warzone in search of XP from around lvl 30 - thats plenty of time to get used to the difference and beautifully playable.

If this is on the cards so to speak - I would like to see layers of defenses inside the realms & more high level characters spending more time inside the walls training the newer players for the eventuality.

As a simple question for this which someone may be able to answer in an arena - how many lvl 20 characters are needed to kill a lvl 50 knight ? - and how many die in the process ?

Since I'm a noob I saw that text as well when I joined. I thought it made sense though, it simply means we have to defend our forts or pay the price (lose our safe zone). Although I can't see what incentives are there for the invading force as I imagine most of the fun would be in sieging the castles and forts. After they get all three, what's in it for them when they enter our realm?

Apart from the total humiliation of their conquered enemy that is... Hey, that doesn't sound too bad

I'm unsure with the idea personally, the game is far too slow at the moment, I can see how alot of players get put off the game having to mind numbingly grind constantly up to the high enough levels to actually start playing the game properly (IE: Warzone).

But the cons, I can see how this can potentially make lower levels run, unless they implement a system like the below.

If you're level 40, then you can attack 35+ freely, else the lower level has to be tagged for pvp within the home zones (tagged by initiating pvp, tag lasts 5 minutes).

That would stop players from camping low levels and make the idea work in my opinion.
