Looks like new weapons and armour, which you might be able to get with this new RvR currency coming in Feb...

Still wondering what it is... Bigger than the new forts ? :S

It was briefly mentioned in an unrelated thread about attack speed awhile ago that they would be adding new weapons (and guessing armors also).
